He did a awesome job explaining how to be a better shot. I read and watch a lot on this topic. He had some very good analogies that really brought home these ideas for me like no one else had. This will take you from being a beginner that can barely hit to with practice being able to keep up with friends that have shot pistols all their life's on the pistol tree.
